terrible customer service

Their customer service is horrible. Once, during my claiming, the customer service agent whom I spoke to was very rude. He was intolerant to the questions being asked. I wouldn’t want to continue with 1Cover once my insurance with them expires.

1Cover was giving me better benefits than my previous insurer. So I switched to 1Cover. But, 1Cover refused to transfer claim bonus with my previous insurer. This I realized after I signed the deal wi

1Cover has a brilliant scheme. If you qualify as a safe driver, you can avail their discounts. I got qualified as a safe driver and got discounts!!! Colour me satisfied!
