Pleasure to deal with

I had my first accident in 2014, I was so worried as I'd heard plenty of insurance horror stories from others. I called Aami and the whole process was so simple. They found a great repairer, arranged a taxi home when I dropped off the car, and even taxi'd me in to pick up the car (which I might add, looked as good as new). The whole process was much easier than I'd anticipated and everyone I spoke to was eager to help.

AAMI does not honour their PDS!

AAMI have denied my insurance claim based on an irrelevant exclusion in their PDS. According to AAMI, they do not cover a stolen car claim if the car was for sale at the time it was stolen! This is co

Claim under review for 11 weeks

Pathetic service. It has been 11 weeks since the claim is made with AAMI and it is still “under review”. It seems they are not interested in actually honoring a claim but have ongoing stalling tactic
