Aami is ripping me off

I have been with AAMI for nine years. I am unhappy that moving postcode is putting my premium up. I rate their customer experience well since their staff are pleasant to speak with but value for money isn't great. Their premiums continually go up each year and they won't allow you to consolidate multiple cars on one policy.

AAMI does not honour their PDS!

AAMI have denied my insurance claim based on an irrelevant exclusion in their PDS. According to AAMI, they do not cover a stolen car claim if the car was for sale at the time it was stolen! This is co

Claim under review for 11 weeks

Pathetic service. It has been 11 weeks since the claim is made with AAMI and it is still “under review”. It seems they are not interested in actually honoring a claim but have ongoing stalling tactic
