I have had to make a claim through my insurance after my neighbour hit my car and didn't follow through paying. From start to finish the claim process was very smooth. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful and called back when they said they would. It also seems to be rarity these days to speak to a person and not a machine. They also went above and beyond to assist me with something that was not on my policy. I also received fab voucher to get to and from my car. This is the first time i have had to claim through insurance after 10 years and I have to say they have set the bar extremely high.
