Poor repairs

While the customer service at AAMI is quite fair, their recommended repairers are pretty terrible. I can still see where they repaired my car and they even replaced my headlight with an old, discoloured headlight. Plus while they seem cheap at first their fees seem to creep up. Overall, I'm looking at switching to another insurer.

AAMI does not honour their PDS!

AAMI have denied my insurance claim based on an irrelevant exclusion in their PDS. According to AAMI, they do not cover a stolen car claim if the car was for sale at the time it was stolen! This is co

Claim under review for 11 weeks

Pathetic service. It has been 11 weeks since the claim is made with AAMI and it is still “under review”. It seems they are not interested in actually honoring a claim but have ongoing stalling tactic
