I've lodged the claim week ago - no action due to the Christmas!
Claim department - staff show no initiatives to solve the problem. I had to suggest the areas where the repairers should be sought ?!
My car was towed in the morning but the repairer rerecorded it only late in the afternoon, which warrants further delay in organising a quote.
Customer services are from ???????where they do not speak Australian !
All together appalling - I'm scared to think what is next?
Will finish with AAMI as soon as I get my car back.
If it continues as it's bee going by now , I'll get my car back probably in a couple of months.
The only good review for AAMI comes from AAMI itself.
