best service best value and great staff

I have had to make 2 claims on my van and got hassle free service with both my claims being assessed and approved within 10 mins price unreal even youi and 2 others could not match it.

AAMI does not honour their PDS!

AAMI have denied my insurance claim based on an irrelevant exclusion in their PDS. According to AAMI, they do not cover a stolen car claim if the car was for sale at the time it was stolen! This is co

Claim under review for 11 weeks

Pathetic service. It has been 11 weeks since the claim is made with AAMI and it is still “under review”. It seems they are not interested in actually honoring a claim but have ongoing stalling tactic
