Don't ever try to insure anything with AAMI

Unlucky you're with AAMI, worst insurance company ever. They charge you a lot of money in the beginning and if something happens you will be lucky if they give you anything and if they give you it will be the lowest amount ever if they want to repair. My advice to you if you're still with AAMI is to change to another company asap.

AAMI does not honour their PDS!

AAMI have denied my insurance claim based on an irrelevant exclusion in their PDS. According to AAMI, they do not cover a stolen car claim if the car was for sale at the time it was stolen! This is co

Claim under review for 11 weeks

Pathetic service. It has been 11 weeks since the claim is made with AAMI and it is still “under review”. It seems they are not interested in actually honoring a claim but have ongoing stalling tactic
