Absolute Nightmare

What a disgrace! They only delayed the process to fix my car, if I didn’t call them 3 times a day I would still be waiting for it to be fixed. They say they will call you back in 24-48 hours but keep dreaming they never call back!
Their repairers are untrustworthy and will NOT take care of your car

I have never been asked so many irrelevant personal questions about an insurance claim that related to my sons car of which I am only a nominated driver

When you need them... AI Insurance will have slithered away as fast as they can.

Please think before you buy. The rates may be less but when you need them, this company will most definitely not be there for you or the people you care about. Similar to other reviews after two years
