Car accident and the worst customer service.

Over a month to even get my car inspected for potential right off with 3 cancelled inspections no phone call unless I call and still no outcome. Been told they don’t know why my inspections are being canceled. Well how would I I don’t work there, cancelling all 4 of our policies with two houses and two cars and will tell everyone to never use this company being in customer service myself I will make sure to tell anyone looking for insurers to not bother..
