Worst insurance company!

I agree with the previous reviews, Avea is the worse insurance company! I had a car accident on a Saturday night but couldn't call them until Monday as they only operate Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. To make it worse, there is a minimum of 30-45 minute wait for them to answer the phone on every occasion I tried calling! This took up my entire lunch breaks, as I couldn't call after or before work hours. It took them almost 2 months to authrorise repairs on my car. Overall, worse experience.

Will use any excuse to deny your benefits

Our vehicle was less then 2 years old, with less than 20,000km's. We sold it and tried to transfer the extended warranty policy to the new owners, as per the T&C's. The transfer was denied. <br/><br
