AVEA is Amazeballs!

Back in 2012, I had a crack in my windscreen and remembered that my policy included a replacement windscreen (if required) each year. I rang them at 11am and had a new windscreen by 2pm the same day. I haven't had to use them since but was amazed at how easy they were to deal with.

Will use any excuse to deny your benefits

Our vehicle was less then 2 years old, with less than 20,000km's. We sold it and tried to transfer the extended warranty policy to the new owners, as per the T&C's. The transfer was denied. <br/><br
