Reasonably priced and happy with their service!

Been with them for 2 yrs now and upon receiving my renewal, it was almost $100 cheaper than when i first purchased it - first time ever for car insurance. Happy with that! Had an accident after 2 mnths! I lodged the claim over the phone, received an sms with the claim number, had the option to take the car to my own repairer, and was kept updated constantly by the person looking after my claim. Very happy and took the stress out of the situation!! Will definitely be renewing again! Thanks guys!

Will use any excuse to deny your benefits

Our vehicle was less then 2 years old, with less than 20,000km's. We sold it and tried to transfer the extended warranty policy to the new owners, as per the T&C's. The transfer was denied. <br/><br
