Warning! Don't trust avea

I would just like to take he time to warn anyone thinking of taking insurance out with the incompetent company .... Don't do it!!!!! They are absolutely useless! We had our car stolen over 2 and a half months ago and are still waiting on our payout! They have not been helpful at all we are forever calling them as otherwise we never eat a thing from them! We find them incredibly rude on the phone and they speak to us as if we are bothering them! Avea insurance have made an already upsetti and stressful time ten times worse!

Will use any excuse to deny your benefits

Our vehicle was less then 2 years old, with less than 20,000km's. We sold it and tried to transfer the extended warranty policy to the new owners, as per the T&C's. The transfer was denied. <br/><br
