Incompetent Thieves

Where do I start? First, their name should be Bungle. It is more apt.
I was stationary at lights and a truck driver hit me at 60km/h in the rear as facebook required his attention rather than the road.
Bungle required me to pay the excess. Tried to fight it, but... T&C and all that fine print etc. I paid it like an idiot and now they are keeping it even though they have full access to the police report that clearly states the truck was in the wrong.
My car was written off and they offered me 57% of market value initially. I said that was not enough in this market so they came back with 80% of the market value. I finally settled on 90% of the market value.
Beware of Bungle. Stay away! Better to pay slightly more than to be ripped off in your time of need.
