Terrible claim services

among our 5 vehicles insured by Budget direct , we had no claims for 5 years , one of our cars had an accident , after 21 days , the vehicle is not touched yet and they are not sure when the car will be repaired , it is terrible for a small business to lose an insured car for such a long time , I am going to move from Budget Direct as a result!!!

Disgraceful Insurance Company

I would rate lower if possible. I was hit from behind while stationary, raised a claim with Budget Direct and provided as much information as I was given by the other driver. Repairs get booked for 4

Unethical and unsympathetic

Had to claim for rogue vehicle driving into my property and damaging my car. I was not home at the time although the police did attend. I have never received worst service since I made a claim. Despit
