Basically called me a liar and refused to authorise repairs. Claimed "You can't prove ALL the damage happened in one incident." Didn't even offer to repair the windscreen and I also have glass insurance. Did not do a damn thing. I have no idea why I have paid them all this time. Perplexed and angry.
