Do Not Use NRMA

I had someone run into my car and NRMA would not approve the repair of all of the damage sustained during the incident even though I had all of the other driver's information. They also sent me to a sup-par quality repairer - Westlakes Paint & Panel at Morisset - and their "repair" was a joke. I now have to take it back to them again to repair their own poor quality work.
