RACQ is a rip off

RACQ Insurance is a disaster. Only one claim ever made and it has been the most ridiculous comedy of errors from them. I complained on their facebook page and they have now removed my post.
The complaints process takes months and they fumble through it before stating that they have done nothing wrong.
This mob booked me a repair in the wrong city and then when changed to the right city I turn up and repairer say it isn't until a week later.
Then RACQ fail to book a hire car and don't fix the items on the car and I end up having to get repairs done in another location.
Excess of $1k and over $120 per month for horrible service and heaps of wasted time.
RACQ is the worst.
