Fine until you have to lodge a claim
Only lodged one claim - poor and contradictory service all round, repairer slack and rude. Complaint resolution useless. Don't bother.
Best for customer service.
Competitive rates and very friendly service. Great for if your car breaks down and always willing to help when you need it. Wouldn't think of changing from RACQ to another insurer.

RACQ Car insurance has been okay. They don't send many letters in the mail. I haven't had any reason too claim with them, but they've been great!<br/>I would recommend them to my friends.
