Good so far, with one reservation

I have only just taken out insurance with RACT, so I can't comment on their ongoing service. However, I was induced into going with RACT by the offer of cheaper fuel at United garages. RACT fail to mention that you can only get cheaper fuel if you have a physical RACT card, and RACT don't send you the card until "a couple of months" after you join. A little more honesty in advertising would be nice.

Flexible and quick in dealing with claims

My wife hit my car in the driveway, In the agreement clause/contract, we were not technically covered but with some reasoning from my part and theirs, they covered us anyway

I've been with RACT for several years for my car insurance and found them EXCELLENT to deal with. Straightforward, knowledgeable, polite customer service. Every year I call them when it's time to rene
