Absolute joke, avoid them.

Real Insurance are the worst. Their rates are competitive and but their customer service are only there to trap you in. Don't let them fool you. They sound nice and kind, but do not know anything about their insurance. Once you have signed up, they could not care less. They are a joke. Avoid them.

I’m a student and I’m being made to pay for another 12 months of insurance just because I claimed.
