Upped my premium by 20% for no reason

I have been with Real Insurance since last 5 years and so I expect a lot better service and respect. However, few months back they just increased the premium rates without providing me with any notification. I had not made a claim and they just increased my premium rates by almost 20% for no apparent reason.

Make you pay insurance for the next 12 months after making a claim

I’m a student and I’m being made to pay for another 12 months of insurance just because I claimed.
