Just a big con

A big con. When making a claim, they ask for 5 years driving history. Even the police keeps only a 3 year history. And if something shows up they will use that against you to reject your claim. They also expect you to notify them whenever you have accumulated demerit points. I was not told of this policy when I bought my insurance.

I’m a student and I’m being made to pay for another 12 months of insurance just because I claimed.
