Review for real insurance car insurance by steph75

My car is insured by Real insurance and I had an accident where a bus hit my car on the side. I tried to call them but it was taking too long, so I left a voice message with them, but they never got back to me. I then submitted my claim online, but there was still no reply from them. I finally decided to wait, and after a 45 minutes wait, I finally got through only to find out that nothing was process on my claim. I had to get all the information myself and pass on to the insurance company like getting the details from the bus company. The excess was $1,000 and i had to ring them for 7 months before they told me they have contacted the bus company and will be getting my money back soon. The
