Real Claims Paid, Real Fast.

I had an at fault car accident claim and had only been with Real insurance for four weeks. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. My claim was accepted straightaway and Real's smash repairer received the approval for the works within 10 days. They paid for the hire car as part of the policy. I dread my renewal in a years time - hopefully my premiums don't go through the roof from claiming after such a short period. Time will tell.

I also have home and contents insurance with Real for 3 years and have made a claim with no fuss.
