Beware…Stay away from Suncorp

Disgusting repair times and appalling CS
Complaints process extremely poor
False information provided by CS regarding next available repairer and organisation of tow truck
Still waiting a month later for the repair to be even approved after simple car vs animal incident.
Stay away…poor value for money…frustrating CS

19 days following an accident and had done nothing with my vehicle!

On 30th April my 3 and 1/2 year old vehicle was hit on my way home from work, in peak hour traffic, stop/start, low speed, where two lanes were merging into one. I was not at fault, hit from behind wh

Went up by 14% and 11% 2 years in a row. Ridiculous cost increase and cost double by the end.
