Very happy with service

Some of the reviews on the site really surprised me. I have been with Bupa/HBA for a couple of years now and I have been very happy with their service. I usually go to the Collins Street branch and I am happy with what they are offering me. I'm paying about $600 a year and I have been claiming $1,500 worth of services a year, so I will definitely be renewing my policy. My policy includes unlimited dental and on most of the other stuff I get 90% back.

Never opt for Bupa as they are a complete rip off and very unprofessional and rude on top of that, they never pay you for your claims and you can never get a hold of them if you call as you are kept w
