Unhappy customer, looking for new provider
I was just notified that Bupa and my hospital are no longer contracted and therefore Bupa will not reimburse me for my recent test. I have been with them for over 40 years, so much for being a loyal customer. Bupa suggests that you check if your doctor is with Bupa before going for any consultation or procedure. I will be looking for a new provider.
