Expensive with long phone waits

I have been with MBF for more than 10 years and it recently merged with BUPA. So I decided to shop around and found that they are one of the most expensive health covers out there. Claims are easy but the main annoyance I have with them is whenever I had to call them, the wait on the phone is ridiculous.

Never opt for Bupa as they are a complete rip off and very unprofessional and rude on top of that, they never pay you for your claims and you can never get a hold of them if you call as you are kept w
