BUPA did not cover my hospital treatment
I was previously with SGIO who then merged with MBF who then merged with BUPA. I had an emergency a last year and had to be admitted to the hospital, the hospital admissions officer to me that BUPA did not cover their hospital and I would have to pay the bill worth a couple of thousands out of my own pocket. I contacted BUPA but they told me that I should have read the fine print and contact them if my hospital was in their list. I had no problems claiming from SGIO for medical treatment from that hospital previously.
