Only get 60% of fees back with Basic cover

I got the basic cover, which is not too bad because it covers dental, optical, and physio which is use from time to time. However, becaue mine is a basic one, I only get about 60% of my fees back. I might need to work out if I will be better off upgrading to a higher level cover so I get to claim more.

Never opt for Bupa as they are a complete rip off and very unprofessional and rude on top of that, they never pay you for your claims and you can never get a hold of them if you call as you are kept w
