Bupa - Better than a Kick in the Head

No real complaints about Bupa – it's a bit more expensive, sure, but seem to get better value when claiming.

Customer Service is so / so. Also not sure if I'm getting the best value because I never use the extras. All up I would give them a pretty average / ok rating.

Never opt for Bupa as they are a complete rip off and very unprofessional and rude on top of that, they never pay you for your claims and you can never get a hold of them if you call as you are kept w
