Bupa osch

Bupa Overseas Student Health Cover is a nightmare. No customer service, wrong information, lack of information, nothing certain, they do not tell you really what is your cover until they surprise you by bill. No answer to your phone call, no answer to your emails, no answer if you go to the bupa office. And they are not honest, i asked them what they cover and always they play with words. They deny prices for item numbers. When I did a very basic complaint about price they didn't reply either. I have talked to my previous insurance company. After new year i am going back to them. Do not buy bupa osch, if you buy bupa osch you will need another insurance to protect you towards bupa!!!
