Great, customer centric health fund

I've been with Bupa for over 5 years now and have always been impressed with their customer service and levels of cover. Claiming is simple and the range of extras is great. I recently had a baby and have already had to use services for him. This was quick, easy and offered great rebates.

Never opt for Bupa as they are a complete rip off and very unprofessional and rude on top of that, they never pay you for your claims and you can never get a hold of them if you call as you are kept w
