Policy changed without my consent!!

One of the biggest reasons I have health insurance is because I need to use IVF. Apparently bupa had decided to remove my IVF entitlements from my policy without me being notified or my policy monthly payment amended to even reflect any type of downgrade . Now I have to upgrade and wait a further 12 months to be eligible when I've used the service in the past!! When I ask for proof that I have be en notified of the changes they don't believe me when I tell them I was not notified. They can't even produce the email from there server to prove I have been notified. Very disappointed and currently getting quotes from other health insurance provides as Bupa have stuffed me around and don't even care. Do your self a favour and go else where as I'm currently thought I was paying for something I wasn't getting. Now I'm suffering financially as my hospital stays are not covered,
