not much to complain about

Bupa is the third health fund I have tried, I have now been with them for a good couple of years, while they're services aren't perfect or completely affordable all the time, I still believe they are the best provider I have been with and my most important aspects (optical, remedial and dental) are covered brilliantly and I haven't had an issue claiming before

Never opt for Bupa as they are a complete rip off and very unprofessional and rude on top of that, they never pay you for your claims and you can never get a hold of them if you call as you are kept w
