Inflexible, arrogant

After 25 yrs with this firm and it's predecessor we are changing. Policy changed with out telling us. Inflexible, arrogant customer service, particular when speaking to supervisors and above. Treated my 50yr member parents similarly, won't cover their international travel after age 80 despite excellent health certified by GP. Would not inform of when premium change, timing, or even price before auto withdrawing from our account. Can't think of worse.
