BUPA IS ALL A BIG SCAM!!!

I have just switched from Bupa to HCF not long ago, before Bupa I was with HBF at that time my loading was 10% my wife 20%, when Bupa took over they have been charging me 16% and my wife 26% and this has been going on for 4 years. HCF recently found out when I gave them my HBF clearance certificate. Bupa now admitted their mistake and saying will refund without even an apology or explanation! After they raise premium each year and reduce items covered they are making this type of profit on top! DON'T use them I am also reporting this to ACCC! Imagaine if HCF didn't raise this issue I could have just lost $600! I want refund plus interest lost and apology and explanation!!! If I can give negative score I would!
