Lack of empathy, lack of communication, lack of consistency
After 7 phone calls to follow up with HBF regarding a claim placed online over 3 weeks ago, being told numerous different things about whether I could even claim, being treated with no empathy in a very difficult medical situation and absolutely no ownership taken by any (bar 1) HBF staff member, I think I will take my business elsewhere. Seems being a loyal customer for over 6 years means nothing to this company.
