Excellent customer service and hassle free claims

NIB has excellent customer service and always pays without any hassle. I claimed for kidney stone removal surgery and physiotheraphy in the last 2 years and the claims was easy and fast. I've not tried other healthcare providers but currently I do not see the need to make change with what they have to offer.

Terrible customer support, unable to help

I ask before to go to the hospital and they said yes you are covered, then I went, I place the claim and they are not accepting the claim, customer service only said sorry and the last one said is not

Terrible customer support, hard to receive the money back

They are bad in customer service providing false information, one you paid they said submit the claim and you are getting 0 dlls, this seriously happens to me in a claim for hospital

High premiums and you get nothing back

Stay away from NiB, been with them for 15 years and they give you nothing back. They are jacking up the fees even when people are doing it tough during covid. It's profits first and last with NIB,
