						Excruciating claiming process
I have had NIB for 2 years. Although I have not many claims, they have made the reimbursement process and customer service calls excruciatingly painful. They are incompetent and I often have to call back serveral times just to check if my claims are in place. I will be switching to another insurance company when my cover expires. MIght be more expensive, but I just can't deal with NIB any longer.
