Basic NIB health insurance.

I wanted basic health cover which included ambulance cover. As I am a trainee affordability was important. The basic NIB packages cover the the normal extras such as physio, dental, optical etc. but only for half the cost of a visit or consultation. Basic hospital cover is also included. This is more than satisfactory for the cost as I am someone who maintains a healthy lifestyle so I normally would not be forced to make excessive use of the insurance, in this case the ambulance cover and affordability was the priority in my choice of insurance package. I have also been more than happy with the telephone service offered by NIB, when I have called in regards to waiting periods etc. I have been quickly answered. I was suprised by the service considering the low cost of the package I have.
