Nib have excellent customer services and great price I am so happy with nib that I will not change my grandparents took out policy with nib because of my recommendation
They have had to use the private health insurance a fare bit and could not be happier love nib thanks
I ask before to go to the hospital and they said yes you are covered, then I went, I place the claim and they are not accepting the claim, customer service only said sorry and the last one said is not
They are bad in customer service providing false information, one you paid they said submit the claim and you are getting 0 dlls, this seriously happens to me in a claim for hospital
Stay away from NiB, been with them for 15 years and they give you nothing back. They are jacking up the fees even when people are doing it tough during covid. It's profits first and last with NIB,
