Made us feel like criminals!

Declined our claim, asked for private personal information (Facebook messages, bank statements, phone and message records, interviews, etc') unrelated to the claim... I am a firefighter, I shouldn't be treated like a criminal.
Months of our time wasted, avoid this garbage company, save yourself time and effort.

1 claim in 15 years, 2nd claim 18 months later and staff were very unprofessional and my wife and I were even told that they felt we had stolen the $1000 worth of items in claim.....they were very har

am looking to change my Home insurance as soon as it is up for renewal. A pipe burst in our home needing us to make a claim (we have been with this company for 12 years never making a claim).<br/>Clai
