It’s been a pleasure to be their customer. I had no problems signing up with them. Once, more money than usual was debited from my account. I called them up and they apologised for the error. They adjusted the amount in the next month's debit.

Extremely Long Claim - 6 months and still waiting for rebuild

Affected by Feb 2022 QLD floods its now September and we still are waiting on someone to rebuild. Constant errors and communication between building company and Allianz has delayed the works further.
