Terrible customer service and slow claims
There was a short circuit in our house which went from bad to worse and the upper level of our house caught fire. Luckily, our vigilant neighbours called the Fire Department before informing us and the extent of damage was controlled. Still, one of the rooms had charred walls and the wiring and some furniture were damaged. We filled the online claim form and waited for a 'friendly' associate to call us. But never called back, we had to call them, was put on queue for more than 40 minutes before we finally spoke to a person. It also took forever for the assessor to come and assess the damage. All the repairs eventually took a further 3 months before it was all settled.
