Ridiculously long phone queues

I have been calling Allianz on the phone number given on the website but every time I call them, their number is busy or am put on a ridiculously long hold. Is it bad luck or bad service? I think it is the latter.

    Extremely Long Claim - 6 months and still waiting for rebuild

    Affected by Feb 2022 QLD floods its now September and we still are waiting on someone to rebuild. Constant errors and communication between building company and Allianz has delayed the works further.
