Straightforward but extremely slow claims process

We had to make a claim about 2 years ago for some damage to our property after a tree fell. The claims process was quite straight forward but I had to make calls once every 2 days to follow up on my case. This went on for 4 months before I got paid for my claims. It was a very frustrating time, but I got what I was entitled back. The timing and efficiency of their claims approval and repayment needs a whole lot of improvement.
