Premiums increasing every year

Their premiums keep increasing every year. They also failed to notify me when renewing my policy and went ahead to direct deposit and extra 100$ a month from my account without my consent. When I pressed the issue, they said they tried to ring me but I could not be reached. This is not a proper excuse, they did not even bother to send the notification by e-mail or in writing.

Extremely Long Claim - 6 months and still waiting for rebuild

Affected by Feb 2022 QLD floods its now September and we still are waiting on someone to rebuild. Constant errors and communication between building company and Allianz has delayed the works further.
